Crites Properties, LLC is a highly personalized Real Estate Firm specializing in the Greater Charlotte Area. Founded by Neal Crites, Crites Properties, LLC is a private brokerage dedicated to emphasizing local knowledge of the community and superb customer service and satisfaction.

Owner Neal Crites founded Crites Real Estate after realizing the need for a small independent brokerage that focuses on excellent customer service and satisfaction. Neal establishes long-term relationships by working individually with every one of his clients. With his down-to-earth approach and keen eye for detail, no issue is too large or small.

Having lived in the Charlotte and Lake Norman area for over 30 years, Neal is familiar with the local market as both a broker and an owner. With a background in construction, he designed and built his own home on the lake. Neal brings this added expertise whenever he surveys a potential property.

Neal’s excellent reputation is founded on high ethical standards, thorough attention to detail and strong negotiation skills. He has over 13 years of creative management experience and a dedicated work ethic that keeps clients coming back.

A resident of Mooresville, Jan has become one of the most knowledgeable agents in the Lake Norman/Cornelius/Davidson/North Charlotte area and has personally handled transactions exceeding multi-million dollars in some of the area’s most prestigious neighborhoods. With an extensive background in home renovation and restoration, Millie Snyder brings her unique passion for real estate to Crites Properties, LLC. As her clients, Millie will provide the commitment and passion that she has had in purchasing her own homes. She is excited about becoming the newest member of Crites Properties, LLC team!

Millie and husband Tom restored and lived in the SJ McElroy House on Beatties Ford Rd in Huntersville. The landmark house is now on the National and State Historical Registers.

Since selling the McElroy House several years ago, she and her husband have continued to buy and restore other old houses. Having lived in northern Mecklenburg County for over 28 years, Millie has a wealth of knowledge about the area. She also specializes in working with clients in the Uptown, South End and Dilworth areas.

Prior to being in real estate, Millie had a full career in education, with her last assignments were as an elementary principal in Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools.

With a detail-oriented approach, high ethical standards, and a fine eye for craftsmanship, Dennis takes pride in working one on one to provide clients with thorough service from beginning to end.

Nancy has been a licensed Real Estate Professional for over 15 years. Originally from Panama City, Florida, she relocated to the Lake Norman area 10 years ago and has continued to strengthen her real estate relationships in the area.

With a BS in Marketing/Management from Florida State University and 20 years of retail management experience, Nancy creates a customer experience that is relaxed, organized, and tailored specifically to the needs of each individual. Customer service is always her top priority.
